Technical advantage:The apple/pear processing line will be a bottled juice product after the fresh apple/pear has been floated, crushed, juiced, hydrolyzed, ultrafiltered, concentrated, sterilized, and filled. The entire line is designed for apple/pear juice according to international quality standards.
1.Cleaning and picking: use part of the fruit that does not meet the requirements to transport to the designated location through the middle, reducing labor
2.Broken: The apple/pear granules are refined by hammer breaking, and the crushing process is protected by nitrogen gas
3.Juice extraction: Juice is extracted by a special process-adjusted juicer to increase the juice yield
4.Sterilization: through UHT instant sterilization technology, under the condition of retaining the color and taste of juice, through sterilization
5.Aseptic filling: storage in sterile large bags to improve the shelf life of the juice
