Processing technology of yangmei dry production line

• Use fresh and mature, non-corrosive and deteriorated bayberry as raw material, and require normal flavor. The removal of impurities includes removal of unqualified bayberry, and at the same time, the leaves and fruit stems must be removed.
• Cleaning: the first step is immersed in light salt water for 10 minutes to remove the fruit worms in the overdose of bayberry. The second step is to rinse with flowing water until it is salt-free, and then drained;
• Vacuum soaking sugar: by vacuuming the sugar liquid into the bayberry, so that the penetration is more thorough;
• Freeze-drying packaging: the impregnated bayberry is taken out and frozen, and then dehydrated in a lyophilizer for about 9-10h, until the water in the bayberry embryo is taken out and vacuum-packed.
